Akith is a partner of Synergy Capital Group and has been working in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 15 years. Akith has worked for some of Canada’s largest financial institutions where he was able to work with various public and private real estate owners and developers.
In his career, Akith has experience in obtaining capital by working with pension funds, life companies, banks, trusts, and private equity to fund construction and term debt for all types of commercial and multi-family real estate across the country.
Akith takes great pride in leading the tremendous growth of our experts in the commercial real estate sector who are central to the financing activity for some of Canada’s most recognizable real estate assets.

Alan is a partner of Synergy Capital Group and has been working in the residential and commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. Over the past two decade, Alan has established himself as a leader in the residential and commercial mortgage industry having held senior roles in several major financial institutions.
He continues to oversee a portfolio of clients, which includes active real estate owners and developers. Having funded numerous projects, Alan remains at the forefront of the residential and commercial debt markets with an innovating approach to the financing process, building strong relationships with lenders and clients.
Alan’s focus is on helping his clients develop, acquire, and maintain the most profitable real estate portfolio possible, while delivering certainty that the financing will be reliably executed.
